Google senkt Preise für Online-Speicher
Google hat die Preise für seinen Onlinespeicher gesenkt und bietet nun rund doppelt so viel Speicherplatz für einen Viertel des Preises an, der vor rund 2 Jahren bei der Lancierung des Angebots fällig war.So kostet die kleinste Speichereinheit mit 20GB Platz nun 5 US-Dollar pro Jahr, der grösste erhältliche Speicherblock (16 TB) schlägt mit 4'096 Dollar pro Jahr zu Buche. Der Speicherplatz kann sowohl für Googles Bilderdatenbank Picasa als auch für Gmail genutzt werden, wenn der kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellte Speicher der Dienste (Picasa: 1 GB / Gmail: rund 7 GB) nicht ausreicht. | 15 November 2009
